- Declining Balance Meal Plans
Add value to your student ID card and receive FREE bonus money. Simply call or visit NEIU dining management to add value to your card. We will enter you into our system and give you up to a 20% bonus depending on the amount you load on. Then use your student ID the same way you would use a credit card. - UCuisine cards are no longer being accepted at NEIU dining. If you have money on a UCuisine card please come to the dining offices and we will transfer that money onto your NEIU ID card.

Selection of a Campus Dining Services Meal Plan entitles you to a Meal Card, which allows you purchasing power equivalent to the plan you have selected.
Lost or stolen Meal Cards can be replaced. Should this happen to you contact Bill Reich at (773)442-5335 or stop by our office located just off of the food court.

One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:
- Please bus your tray and disposables from your table when you have finished dining
- Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.
- Remember that Meal Cards are non-transferable. Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.
